KidzCraft Affiliate Information
KidzCraft have an affiliate program giving you the opportunity to earn a share in
our
profits. Earn commission for just having a banner to advertise KidzCraft
on your website! This program is a direct agreement between the affiliate (you) and KidzCraft.
What's Required?
If you have your own web site, you can become an affiliate with KidzCraft.
All
you need to do is register with us and place a banner link, see below for HTML,
somewhere on your site where your customers can easily see it.
What do I gain?
You will receive 7% of the total cost of a sale from a customer who has accessed our
site from your website. You can monitor the number of sales and value through
this program by revisiting our affiliate
page and logging on with your chosen account ID, once created.
How does it work?
Once you have registered and placed the required code on your site, the
process is as follows:
A customer visits your site and decides to visit KidzCraft from the link on
your page. When the customer reaches the KidzCraft site, a cookie is downloaded
with information about your affiliate ID and the date they visited. Should that
customer then place an order within 30 days of first visiting KidzCraft, you will receive
7% commission. The details of the sale are held on our database. The
running total values are available for you to
see as and when required.
When registering as an affiliate you can also elect to receive an email whenever an order
is placed as part of this affiliate program. This will provide a statement of
the commission on the sale for your information.
What do I need to do?
There are 4 steps to follow
- Visit our affiliate page (click
here) and open a new affiliate account.
- Complete your details. Note: when choosing the affiliate account and
password we recommend using over seven characters. The details here
will also be used when mailing cheques, so please ensure they are
correct.
- Once complete, you will be advised of the hyperlink to use. However we
have attached the required HTML code below.
- Add the code to your web site in a prominent position for users of your
site that may like to see craft party products, craft ideas or
children's party ideas. Don't
forget to update the "partner=" parameter to the account ID
you created (i.e. "partner=fredflintstone"). Should you fail to do this, commission will not be
attributed to you. Note: there are 2 hyperlinks that require changing.
How will I receive payment?
KidzCraft will make a payment once an affiliate has received commission of
£50 or multiples of £50, i.e. 1st payment at £50, 2nd at £100, 3rd at £150
commission etc. £50 commission is approximately 10-15 orders. Payments will be sent during Kidz Craft's end of month accounting.
We
will advise you when this has happened via email to the address provided when
creating the affiliate account.
Please note that no currency conversion can be applied. Cheques will only be
sent in UK pounds. A direct bank transfer can be set up for a more
speedier payment service. Please email your bank details after
registration (sort code, account number and account name).

HTML for your web site
The code has been designed to fit in with either a Google Adwords
vertical or horizontal advert, since these are now common throughout the web. The
idea is that you can attach either of these adds to your current Google ads on
whatever pages are appropriate for your site, or attach separately.
